Comfy cards is a free flashcard app for learning words. It is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time, and we will try to give notice before shutting it down.
You need to give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account, please.
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account.
The decks and cards you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them to you, which is what the app needs to work. Your decks are private and we do not publish them.
Only upload content you have the right to use.
Do not use the app to break the law, to store illegal or harmful content, to try to access other people's accounts, to overload or attack the service, or to scrape it automatically.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
The ready-made decks in the catalogue are provided for personal learning. We do our best to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that every translation or transcription is correct.
The app is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any lost data, lost progress or indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
